Summary: Tile flooring wasn’t washed. Dead bugs and hair on bathroom floor around toilet. Had to wait for room inspection before could get a room key. Midnight alarms going off nothing said about false alarm. Room attendant manager needs to do better job of inspections. Pictures dusty, dusting of the rooms was poor. Guest pantry poorly stocked.

Summary: Nice clear and friendly staff. Hotel is only about a year old so it is in like new condition. You have to use your room key to get the elevator to go to your floor. Nice security feature.

Summary: The neighborhood is wonderful. Immediately could tell as I walked in the hotel was clean by the smell. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Restaurant downstairs was amazing. Love this place!

Summary: I sleep very well at this hotel. Very clean rooms. The staff are incredible also. It makes the decision to stay here very easy. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Summary: I booked a king through you with them and when we got to the property, they told me the room hadn’t been selected and I said yes it had. I had booked a king room and he said we don’t have any so we are now in a queen. No apologetic accommodations were given like here’s a complementary muffin in the morning. No adjustment on my cost which a king costs more than a queen. I’m pretty upset with you and them.

Summary: The hotel was gorgeous. Loved the decor and ambiance. The only criticism I have is that the bathroom floor in my room did not look like it had been mopped. But everything else was clean and tidy.

Summary: It was a beautiful hotel with great amenities. I had a fabulous meal at the steak house and ended my night with a cocktail at the bar. I will be staying here again when I am in town.
